Insurance Benefits
It is the clients responsibility to contact their insurance provider to verify their mental health benefits. We will process both in and out-of-network claims for your convenience; however, clients are responsible for the full-payment at the time of service if we are out-of-network with your insurance.
Cancellation
Policy
24-hour cancelation notice is required to avoid incurring a late cancelation charge of $75. Missed appointments without prior notice are considered a “no show” and will be billed at the individual rate of $150.
Payment Types
Debit and credit cards are accepted. Full payment is due at the start of each session.
